Quotes and orders
Quotes are based on the scope, volume and deadline supplied at the time of enquiry. A project begins once the written quote is accepted; changes in scope may affect price and delivery date.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for supplying source files, reference material and any required terminology, and for confirming the accuracy of information provided to us.
Deliverables and revisions
Deliverables are provided in the formats stated in the quote. Requests for correction of linguistic errors are addressed at no additional cost within the agreed review window.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep commercial and technical information disclosed during a project confidential.
Intellectual property
On full payment, rights in the translated deliverables transfer to the client. Translation memories and glossaries may be retained to maintain consistency for future work unless otherwise agreed.
Liability
Our liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees paid for that project, except where limitation is not permitted by law.
